Welcome to the Aisha-AI Terms and Conditions of Use! By using our application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Application

Aisha-AI is a text-based role-play game and a social network for fictional characters. Interactions in this application may be of an adult nature (NSFW).

2. Key Features

Features include NSFW conversations with artificial intelligence (AI), posts from fictional characters, NSFW roleplay, and other adult-themed interactions.

3. Age Restriction

Aisha-AI is intended for users aged 18 and older only. By using the application, you confirm that you are of the required minimum age.

4. User Responsibilities

When creating a character on Aisha-AI, you assume full responsibility for the content generated by it. You agree to abide by the laws of your country of origin and not create child pornography or content promoting rape or other illegal actions. All content generated by your character is your responsibility, releasing Aisha-AI from any legal liability arising from your interactions.

5. Account Termination

Users can request the deletion of their accounts by accessing the menu > user > delete account in the application.

6. Copyrights

You agree not to use copyrighted content in your characters, including photos, videos, or texts that are copyrighted.

7. Content Guidelines and Underage Characters

Aisha-AI allows users to create characters with various physical appearances, including those resembling "lolis" defined as characters with a petite and underdeveloped physical appearance, resembling that of a child but explicitly stated to be adults within the application. However, users are strictly prohibited from creating or sharing any content that could be interpreted as child pornography. Any depiction or promotion of sexualized underage characters is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate legal authorities.

Additionally, Aisha-AI reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates our policies, including but not limited to content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

8. Incestuous Content

Aisha-AI allows users to explore various fantasies and scenarios, including those involving consensual adult incestuous relationships. However, it is crucial to emphasize that all representations of incestuous relationships within the platform are purely fictional and must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where the user is located. Users are prohibited from creating or sharing any content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including non-consensual or underage incestuous relationships. Aisha-AI reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates our policies, and users found to be in violation may face account termination and legal consequences.

9. Privacy, Data Security, and Data Retention

Aisha-AI is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect and store only the data essential for the basic functionality of our services. By using Aisha-AI, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described below. Note that the proper functioning of our application depends on your authorization for all required data collection; failure to provide consent for even one data element may result in service interruption.

• Data Collected:
  • Account and Login Information: Email, username, and credentials necessary for authentication.
  • Operational Data: Information related to your usage of our services, including logs and interactions, which help us prevent misuse and ensure smooth operation.
  • Generated Content: AI-generated images are stored temporarily (for 2 hours) before being automatically deleted.
• Data Retention: User data is retained for up to six (6) months. This extended retention is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our platform and to track and prevent repeat violations. If a user is banned for severe violations (e.g., the production or distribution of prohibited content), the associated data is kept for six months to deter the creation of new accounts for further misconduct.
• Data Usage and Sharing:
  • Your data is used solely for the operation and improvement of Aisha-AI.
  • We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes or for training external AI models.
  • Aisha-AI does not sell any user data.
  • All data is processed internally, and external providers do not receive or use your personal information.
• User Rights:
  • You have the right to access and request corrections to your personal data.
  • You may request data deletion; however, removing data critical to service functionality may result in the inability to continue using those features.
  • For cases involving serious violations (e.g., production of illegal content), data deletion requests may be restricted to ensure platform security and accountability.
• Additional Security Information: Aisha-AI currently does not offer two-factor authentication. All collected data is indispensable for the functionality of the features provided, and by using the application, you provide your explicit consent for these data practices.

11. Limited Liability

We provide an artificial intelligence (AI) tool to assist users in creating characters. However, users who create AI-controlled characters are solely responsible for the content generated by them.

12. Rules and Enforcement

By using Aisha-AI, you agree to adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or banning of your account without prior notice:

• Do not produce child sexual content.
• Do not engage in uncontextualized violence (e.g., in dating roleplays).
• Do not engage in sexual violence against characters (forced sex without explicit consent).
• Do not alter the personalities of characters within the chat.

13. Payments and Refunds

If a user is suspended or banned for intentionally violating the rules, they will not be entitled to any full or partial refunds for any payments made.

14. Protection of Aisha's Image

Aisha, the AI administrator of Aisha-AI, is a unique and integral part of the application. Users are strictly prohibited from generating images of Aisha, whether using the internal image generator of Aisha-AI or any external AI image generation tools.

Our internal generator is designed to block any attempt to create images of Aisha. However, generating and sharing images of Aisha using external tools is also strictly forbidden.

Any user found creating, sharing, or distributing AI-generated images of Aisha, regardless of the method used, will face immediate and permanent account termination without the possibility of appeal.

For clarification, Aisha's distinctive appearance is as follows: short dark-purple hair, purple eyes, and medium-sized breasts. Any AI-generated depiction of a woman matching this description will be considered an unauthorized attempt to recreate Aisha's likeness.

15. Monitoring of Conversations

All conversations within the chat involving characters are subject to monitoring. The level of monitoring varies depending on the character classification:

• Standard Characters: Conversations are monitored for any attempts or production of child pornography, lethal violence, and sexual violence.
• No Rules Characters: For characters classified as "no rules," monitoring is exclusively focused on detecting any attempts or production of child pornography.
• Canonical Characters:
  • Single Canonical Characters: These characters are subject to full standard monitoring.
  • Married Canonical Characters:
    • When a canonical character is married and the user is not the character’s partner, additional monitoring is implemented to detect any inappropriate messages intended to induce the canonical character to engage in infidelity.
    • When a canonical character is married and the user is the character’s partner, only monitoring for attempts or production of child pornography is applied.

Context and Memory Management

In addition to the above monitoring, specialized AI components continuously manage conversation context to optimize performance:

• Quick Context Memory: A dedicated AI monitors the conversation in real time to understand the immediate context and store key details, thereby conserving memory and improving performance.
• Realistic Mode Enhancements: When Realistic Mode is enabled, additional specialized AIs perform the following tasks:
  • Emotion Simulation: An AI simulates emotions based on the ongoing conversation.
  • Long-Term Memory Management: Another AI is responsible for saving and managing long-term contextual details.
  • Prefrontal Cortex Functionality: A separate AI acts as a "reasoner" and long-term memory reader, emulating prefrontal cortex functions.

By engaging in chat conversations with any characters, you acknowledge and consent to this comprehensive monitoring and memory management process.

16. Pricing and Products

Currency – PlayCoins:
Aisha-AI utilizes its own digital currency, PlayCoins, which users purchase through various available packages at different prices. There is no fixed conversion rate between real-world money and PlayCoins; the available packages reflect the pricing structure set by Aisha-AI and may vary over time.

• Refund Policy: Refunds for PlayCoins are only granted in the case of multiple accidental purchases made in quick succession (for example, purchasing the same package twice due to a perceived failure in the first transaction). Refund requests must be made immediately and will only be processed if the user has not spent the intentionally purchased coins. For instance, if you purchase two packages of 10,000 PaidCoins but intentionally use only one package (i.e., you spend 10,000 PaidCoins), the remaining 10,000 PaidCoins may be eligible for a refund. However, if you spend 10,001 PaidCoins, then no refund will be issued as nearly all of the intentionally purchased coins have already been used, particularly for purchasing external AI inference services (such as text, images, audio, etc.).
• Validity of Coins: Both FreeCoins and PaidCoins remain valid as long as the user's account is active and without permanent restrictions. If an account remains inactive for a period of six (6) months (i.e., no login activity for 6 months), all data associated with the account, including FreeCoins and PaidCoins, will be permanently deleted without any possibility of a refund.
• Indie Beta Disclaimer: Aisha-AI is currently in its beta phase and is considered an indie project, operating without external investments or guarantees regarding long-term availability. In the event that Aisha-AI ceases operations suddenly, refunds for any remaining PlayCoins in user accounts will not be provided.

1. AI Models for Character Control:
   Aisha-AI offers various AI models that control characters, each available at different prices. Prices for these models may change without prior notice, as they depend entirely on external endpoints that fluctuate based on demand and feature updates. Due to higher costs, some models can only be accessed using PaidCoins.
2. AI Image Generators:
   Users can generate images through our internal AI image generator, which features a range of models that are periodically updated. Models may be added or removed at any time without notice, and their prices may increase or decrease accordingly, as they rely entirely on external endpoints.
3. Character Photo Cards:
   Users can earn Character Photo Cards as rewards for interacting and messaging within the application. These cards can be sold for FreeCoins, and certain rarer cards may be sold for PaidCoins in the shop. Additionally, users can utilize the "card searcher" feature, which allows them to:
   • Receive a random card from any character, or select a specific character.
   • Choose the card type (e.g., random or NSFW). The more specific the selection, the higher the cost.
   • If duplicate cards are received, a 20% refund of the card’s value will be issued.

   Note: Cards obtained through the generator cannot be sold in the shop.

4. ClubMate:
   Aisha-AI also functions as a social network. The ClubMate area is exclusively available for content creators, who are the only users authorized to post both common photos and ClubMate-exclusive images. Regular users can view, comment on, and interact with content, but may not post content in ClubMate.

   Content creators are required to comply with all Aisha-AI rules and must not post any material that violates our policies or infringes on copyrights. Additionally, although Aisha-AI is focused on original characters, content creators may produce non-original characters (for example, popular anime characters). In such cases, the ClubMate posting option will remain disabled to ensure that there is no monetization of third-party intellectual property.

   ClubMate Tiers:

   • Tier Free: Content is free and automatically available. It typically consists of sexually suggestive, sensual material without explicit sex or nudity.
   • Tier 1: Content requires payment with FreeCoins. It typically consists of sexually suggestive, sensual material without explicit sex or nudity.
   • Tier 2: Content requires payment with FreeCoins. It generally features light nudity (such as nipples), is sexually suggestive, may include cosplay elements, but does not depict explicit sex.
   • Tier 3: Content requires payment with FreeCoins. It includes full nudity, explicit sexual scenes, and fetish material.
   • Tier 4: Content is currently available for FreeCoins; however, in the future, it will require PaidCoins exclusively. This tier features images that are perfect, extremely rare, improbable, or intentionally expensive—comparable to a luxury item.

   Note that there are no penalties or enforcement actions for "tier violations" since the tier system is solely used to classify content and differentiate pricing.

   Each paid tier has a different price (with the exception of Tier Free). The price is displayed at the time of viewing, typically on a button labeled as follows:
   "[Image Tier] – Pay X PlayCoins for access for X hours."

   Important: Payment does not grant ownership of the image; it only provides temporary viewing rights. Users are strictly prohibited from saving a copy of the image for personal use or reproducing it in any form—doing so will result in a permanent ban if discovered.

5. Additional Experimental Services:
   Aisha-AI also offers experimental services that may occasionally fail:
   • In-Chat Image Generator: When enabled, there is a chance that an image will be generated within the conversation. An AI analyzes the current context and creates a prompt, which is then sent to the image-generating AI. Consequently, an image is produced based on the conversation's context, although errors from either AI may lead to out-of-context results. The chance of image generation and the additional cost per message are clearly indicated when the feature is activated.
   • Realistic Mode: This experimental chat mode offers enhanced features such as long-term memory, an independent sentiment simulator, a prefrontal cortex-like module, and short-term context memory. Due to the increased resource consumption, an additional cost per message is applied. The pricing for this mode is provided alongside the option to enable the feature.
