• Account Information: Email, username, password (stored encrypted).
• Usage Data: Logs, session data, chat interactions, settings, and device information.
• Generated Content: AI-generated images and text, temporarily stored for service functionality.
• Cookies: Session cookies, version tracking cookie, and autologin token.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Enable the app's core features and customizations.
• Detect misuse, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use.
• Enhance performance and develop new features.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on:

• Legitimate interest in providing and protecting the platform (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate core features:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, storage, real-time databases, and crash reports.
• Stripe: Payment processing and billing operations.
• GitHub: Codebase management and deployment systems.
• LLaMA (Meta AI): AI model used for text-based character interactions.

These services may access certain personal data as processors. They are required to follow security and privacy standards, but Aisha-AI remains the controller.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, brokers, or third parties for marketing or training of external AI models.

5. International Data Transfers

Your data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. By using Aisha-AI, you explicitly consent to this international data transfer and acknowledge that data protections may differ from those in your home country.

6. Data Retention

• AI-generated images are deleted automatically after 2 hours.
• User data (messages, activity, account data) is retained for up to 6 months after deletion or ban to help prevent repeated abuse.
• Inactive accounts may be removed after 6 months of no activity.

7. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., Brazil, EU, California), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections of inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal limits).
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing.

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data, including encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Age Restriction

Aisha-AI is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older. If we discover any underage account, it will be deleted immediately, and all related data will be erased.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies to ensure core functionality:

• Session Cookie (aisha_ai_preview): Maintains login and user state.
• App Version Cookie (app): Tracks client version for compatibility checks.
• Autologin Cookie (autologin): Automatically re-authenticates users if sessions expire.

No advertising or analytics cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
